Ongoing Maintenance Contract – the preferred option
An ongoing programme of maintenance is recommended to pre-empt any potential problems and breakdowns. Work is always scheduled in a timely way to prevent potential dilapidation. Planned maintenance also avoids call outs and additional charges and includes a range of compliance services such as electrical, gas and fire for which we provide test certificates.
After assessing your requirements we recommend and agree the level of service and support that you need. Then we go out to tender, provide competitive quotations and appoint and manage all contractors and trades required to service, repair or refurbish your property and its systems. We ensure that all service personnel are fully qualified, certified and insured, as well as available whenever you need them.
We act as your outsourced property manager and provide a single point of contact which takes away the worry and avoids you having to source and call a multitude of different suppliers.
Emergency service and call out
We also support you with emergency cover so you are safe in the knowledge that should a problem occur you make ONE call to IQ Service & Maintenance and we are on hand to trouble shoot.
